First period

The morning sprayed in through the gap beneath the oatmeal beige shades, stabbing Jim's eyes when he accidentally looked at the bright horizon. Also in the distance, his teacher's voice echoed a tired analysis of Orwell or Golding or something else you're supposed to think is deep when you're in high school. When he got sick of hearing her strained voice croak the meaning of this or that allegorical theme, he scanned around for some simpler stimulant for his half-asleep head.

First there was Beckie. Right below Beckie were Beckie's breasts. They hung there like giant raindrops caught in some lacey white gutter, bulging over the edges and only kept from spilling by the tension of her teenage skin. Beckie liked horses, he recalled. Beckie and her breasts, bouncing on horseback as her long red hair brushed around and between them. The mental image moved muscles in his groin he didn't think actually existed.

Then, there was Kendra. Her hair looked like straw, held behind her head with some backward-bowtie knot that only boyscouts are supposed to know. She fiddled with it now, her quick fingers and chewed-off nails feeling for imperfections. Her fingers led down to thin arms and narrow shoulders, where her skin faded from farmer-tan red to milky white. She dressed and acted like her whole life was gym class. Jim thought for a moment, in a sort of smiling reverie, how that would play out beneath the covers. Whether or not that could ever happen was, of course, not a question for right now.

The desk-chair combo squeaked a bit as Jim surveyed the rear of the room and pretend to stretch. In the back corner, at last, was something truly worth turning around for:
  • Something else.

Hayden the Cheerleader

Hayden Panetierre was sitting in the back of the room, surveying the classes to study for her next role as another cheerleader.
Jim was amazed at her body, her shirt hugging her breasts, her skirt giving him a view of her panties, and her wonderful thighs that he wish he could be right next to.
It was after class that things got weird. Hayden quickly rushed out of class as Jim followed not too far behind. Hayden hadn't noticed. Jim followed her to...

Two of a kind.

Lily stood in the girl’s room with her eyes staring at her phone. She wore a pair of denim shorts, a grey t-shirt, and a pair of grey sneakers with green accents.

“Where is she?” She said to herself, grateful there was no one else in the bathroom.

Suddenly breaking the stillness, the bathroom door swung open and in walked Lily’s identical twin sister, Sophia. Sophia wore a pair of grey sweatpants, a black hoodie, and a pair of grey sneakers with purple accents.

“Oh my god, Soph! You’re late!” Lily exclaimed, worried.

“Was not. Anyway, it took me a few minutes to get out of class. Miss Gale wouldn’t let me go to the bathroom.” Sophia explained.

“Bitch.” Lily snared.

“I know right?” Sophia added with a smirk. “Anyway, you ready to do this?”

“I’m all set.” Lily answered, picking up the canvas bag she had brought with her. Inside were two sets of clothes, one for each of them. Sophia pulled off her hoodie, revealing only her navy bra underneath, as Lily pulled her t-shirt over her head, revealing a black bra. Just as Lily pulled something out of the bag, someone started opening the door.

“Shit!”
“Shit!” they explained as Sophia and Lily nearly pulled each other into a single stall to change. Once they were, each girl was dressed in the exact same clothes as her twin, the same black leggings, white tank top, and purple windbreaker. Only the colors of their otherwise identical sneakers were different.

After the other student left, unable to tell the pair were in that stall together, they walked out and looked at each other in the mirror.

“Whoa...”

“I know, right? Are you ready?”
  • One of them had to run a mile in gym, and planned to switch places halfway through.

Can This Work?

Lilly smiles mentally going through how successful this plan will be. For once she likes being identical twins with Sophia, kind of.

"Wait, this might not work." Sophia spouts ruining the moment of them not bickering about something.

"What? This can't fail, even when we are dressed totally different people get us mixed up." Lilly deposits truth that has caused them so many issues through life.

"Our shoes don't match. Even if nobody else notices it Noami will. She is still angry about you breaking up with her."

Lilly rolls her eyes as she prepares to refute Sophia's paranoia but Sophia keeps going. "She will definitely notice and point it out."

Lilly waits to be sure Sophia is done then finally replies "Look we can still make this work. Even if she for some reason is going to be there at the end of the run she might be still so mad that she won't even pay attention to our shoes. If you're so worried about it then we can try something to make sure she doesn't catch on."

Lilly and Sophia look at each other silent. Sophia crosses her arms naturally as her more defensive anger shows. Working with uncertainties and making it work without worry has always been more of Lilly's way. Sophia, on the other hand, prefers to plan every small little detail and leave nothing to chance.

Lilly reads Sophia's skepticism having been the one who sees it the most during arguments that she is winning. It's obvious that Lilly will need to figure out how to win Sophia over quickly or this will end with a long argument, Sophia backing out of the plan, and of course, sharing a room in their small house will make it hard for them to stay civil. even on days, they haven't found anything to argue over rarely end without some form of bickering over something insignificant. Perhaps one day they can have the needed space to not always be in each others business and the problems will cease.

"So what's the plan then? You better not say we'll work something out, I know that means we're going to do this anyway without a plan to fix this." Sophia bluntly says with a hint of authoritarian tone starting to form. This is always the first step, before the battle of dominant personalities starts between them.
  • They hear someone entering and quickly hide

Too Tight to Breath!

“The plan is-“ Lily began before the twins heard voices from outside.

“Shit, we gotta hide again!” Sophia cried softly.

“This is getting stupid.” Lily commented as the two went for the stall again. The crammed themselves inside, needing to lean into each other to get out of the way of the swinging door.

Moments later, the door to the bathroom swung open and three students walked in.

“Are you kidding, Katie? I run a mile every morning before practice, then a mile after school. You think I’m stressed about this?” Naomi scoffed. Naomi was tall, toned, and tanned. The blonde had nothing to worry about when it came to athletics.

“I thought you only ran a mile in the mornings during the summer.” Emma, Katie’s sister and the other half of Naomi's mean girl trio. “Yeah, you only have practice in the summer months.” Katie added.

“There’s some overlap, girls. I don’t need you two to tell me that I’m the best athlete in our class, anyway. We know none of the boys can outrun me. And the only other athletes are you two and maybe Lily... When she tries.” She said with a cackle. Emma and Katie laughed along too.

Lily clenched her fist and tightened her muscles, wanting to rush out and give her ex a piece of her mind. But tangled so closely in that shower stall, Sophia held her back and in place.

“Yeah, and she’d need Sophia just to tie her shoes in the morning.” Emma teased. “Yeah, those two can’t even tie their laces without each other.” Katie added. “That’s what I just said!” Emma snapped back.

“And I thought I chose the better set of twins to be my best friends.” Naomi said, shaking her head.

“You did!” “You did!” Katie and Emma chimed in unison.

“At least you two are cuter than those little weirdos.” Naomi added.
